Dreamkachas (dreamcatchers)
is an Ethnic orientated programme dealing with issues views
and comments of people like you who are willing to share
their views and understand the development of the black
culture and community. These programmes are produced to
inform other cultures of what being black is all about
and how we can live together with no reason to look at
each other with fear.We play music from all aspects of
our culture from all over the world, Soca, Reggae, Hip
Hop, Poetry and, Africa beats from the continents in different
dialects. On a weekly basis you can catch us highlighting
a specific island of the Caribbean or a country from Africa
and give you news, views, interviews and music from that
place.
Another regular feature on the programme is the up and
coming talent spot where artists have the opportunity to
plug their latest creation coming straight from the recording
studio to the public.
Together with local and international news, issues that
affect our community good cultural music and loads of fun
the Dreamkachas Breakfast Show is the one to tune into

radio, so hear I am,I have been in this for some time,years
really,truth be told .it started out as a hobbie like most
things and just snow ball out of control which is a good
thing some time,but hard work,I enjoy it really. My reagular
liseners will no my style of music ,which is mainly roots
reggae and a pinch of soul. My influences mainly stems
from the 70s which I think put reaggae on the map with
groups like Steel Pulse, Burning Spear, Yellow Man, but
to name a few .My programe gose out twice a week, on Monday
from 11pm till what I call the whiching hour,and allso
Saturday morning from 1 am till 3 am, that depends on how
I feel. My music is here to chill u out from a long day
no matter what type of day u have had,so tune in and chill

News;;". A weekly parody news show for the myspace generation, typically known amongst teenagers as 'Scene
Kids'.

this is a 100% PURE BHANGRA
program that is full of Bhangrabeats - something old
something new, something fresh something familiar...
I try to bring u the big exclusives but rarely suceed
in this - lol. I play the bhangra tracks that the other
stations keep confined indoors, for some reason. I never
follow the most popular tracks, okay every now and again
I do - but I guarantee you that my music is fresh
- U won't hear the same track again and again -
not unless its a brand new album or track - newly
playlisted onto my show. Have a listen and you'll see
what I mean.
DIL KEE BAAT
DIL IS Heart KEE is you or me, and BAAT is talk/speech
- sorry but if you speak urdu or hindi then you'll understand
its exact context!!! This programme is all about LOVE,
MOHABBAT, ISHQ and Pyar. its an old cliche but but you'll
definately hear the best love songs on this programme -
these are the songs that the other stations do not play,
for some reason. Its a fresh and funny show that is mostly
broadcast in 50 % English & 50 % Urdu - although I
do try to do the whole programme in Urdu. Please tune in
some time and hopefully you'll enjoy my Dil Kee Baat show. |

Mr. Gaby / Gabriel [or in
Hebrew Gavriel] Lock is an outspoken, very well-known
personality and a famous face, and is a very unique Chassidic
Orthodox Jew from the Stamford Hill area of Hackney,
who in his popular, highly-listened to weekly 1-hr ‘The
Gaby Lock Show’, touches on many local community
topics, giving his opinion on issues, some controversial – from
the cost of Kosher food, community housing, marriage issues,
to education matters. In addition, he discusses, in an
open and transparent broadcast, many issues which affect
the community, issues which most would prefer to be left
unsaid and certainly not aired in a public forum and discussing
items in some of the Jewish publications, including the
local ‘Aguda’-owned-"Jewish Tribune” and
the "Jewish Chronicle". He
is sharp an on target, having been on air and a broadcaster
here since March 2005. The show has callers, some highly
critical of his views, others just wanting to air their
views and some just wanting to be abusive to him. Heated
discussion, debate and chat loaded into 60 minutes.
